In our Nursery room, we welcome children aged between 2 and 3 years.
We strive to keep children with their peers as they transition to the Playschool room, ensuring they can continue their friendships and build on social connections. Our Nursery comprises of a spacious room filled with a variety of age-appropriate activities and toys designed to foster learning and development through play. Our dedicated staff are always mindful of tailoring activities to suit the children’s varying ages and will adapt all experiences accordingly.
We promote a free-flow play approach, encouraging children to explore and engage in their learning while playfully supported by our staff. Each day, we include adult-led activities, such as cooking or crafting, allowing children to create and learn alongside an adult.
Additionally, structured activities are part of our daily routine, including story time, singing, and movement games, which help develop listening and coordination skills.
We’re fortunate to have access to a sensory room, available for any child who may need it, as well as for those requiring a quiet space for napping.
During their free-flow play, children can enjoy our Nursery garden, which features a covered area to ensure outdoor play is possible in all weather conditions. It is easily accessible, enabling a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor play. Here, children can enjoy safe yet challenging activities that promote their physical development and exploration.
