Roselands Community Nursery and Playschool is run by a board of Trustees which is headed up by Managing Director Mark Baker.

Two Joint Managers, Julie and Yvonne run the nursery and employ a high quality team of staff. 

Each member of staff is appropriately safety checked (i.e CRB, full references, full employment history etc) and has a passion for working with children and have relevant qualification in childcare which include; Diploma in Childcare and Education Level 3, NVQ 2 and 3, HND in Early Years Education, BA Hons Early Years Education and Special Educational Needs.

Every room has a Room Manager which is supported by a team of staff.  The Room Managers are as follows:

Yellow Room Manger: Hannah

Green Room Manager: Daniel,

Red Room Manager: Daniel,

Blue Room Manager: Tracey.

We believe in supporting each member of staff in their professional development by providing paediatric first aid, food hygiene and manual handling training as well as attending regular ongoing training in different aspects of childcare.
